The term mustard oil is used for two different oils that are made from mustard seeds: A fatty vegetable oil resulting from pressing the seeds, An essential oil resulting from grinding the seeds, mixing them with water, and extracting the resulting volatile oil by distillation.
Seeds of its plant are rich source of minerals such as calcium, magnesium, phosphorous and potassium. Along with this, it is a good source of dietary folate and vitamin A.

This method also helps ease the pain in joints, even arthritis. * Mustard oil is loaded with protein, vitamin E, calcium, vitamin B complex, omega 3 fatty acids and vitamin A. Thus, mustard oil can be a great remedy to treat a myriad of skin problems
For Hair: * Slightly Warm the Mustard Oil. * Apply Lala's Mustard Oil from Roots to End. * Leave on the Oil Mask for at least 30 Minutes. * Thoroughly rinse the Oil from hair with warm water.
